TIBBS Occupation: Program and maintain telephone and voice mail systems for Interwest Communications of Dallas Family: Wife Laura, Married 15 years! She's smok'in HOT! and an amazing women, children: Nichole - 25 yrs. old and a huge animal lover, Aaron 20 yrs. old and currently serving our country in the U.S. ARMY as an Arabic Linguist, Rachael 20 yrs. old and living life as a sales rep. for Life Time Fitness, and Christopher - 11 yrs. old. Future Drummer, Guitarist and Musician. Age: 46 I grew up in Oklahoma and graduated high school in Nevada Missouri in 1979. I moved to Texas in December 1979 and have been here every since. I have been a computer tech for over 25 years and currently program and maintain telephone and Voice mail systems for Interwest Communications of Dallas. I have been with Interwest for 10 years now.
I love all sports but, football is my favorite. Of course I am a DALLAS
COWBOY's FAN! OU is my favorite College team. I also Love playing
softball and have been playing for over 27 years.
Then there are the Drums, My favorite Hobby. I owned my first drum kit
when I was 16 years old, I paid $100.00 for it, then beat the stuffing
out of it. I sold it for $100.00 when I turned 18 years old and moved
to Oklahoma to pursue a college education. After 1 semester at Oklahoma
Christian College in Edmond Oklahoma. Let's just say, college was not
for me, so I moved to Arlington Texas in December of 1979 and went to
school at Control data Institute. for Computer Technology. The rest is
history, I've been in the computer world every since.
I picked up Drums again in 1999 at my church in Carrollton, TX. When the
drummer in our praise team quit and we needed a replacement. I was
currently singing for the band but quickly volunteered to give the drums
a try. It was like riding a bike, or riding a thrown in this case.
I've now been playing in my Church worship and praise band for 8 years.
Equipment: I currently play the Roland TDW-1 V-DRUM V-Session Electronic Drum Kit. The worlds finest Electronic Drum kit available in the world. |
