Lone Star Cafe & Club New Years Eve Party!!!! CONCERTS - Summer's finally here, and some of the greatest rock & roll bands are coming to Dallas/Ft. Worth. Click here for a list of all upcoming concerts by some of your favorite Jurassic groups. __________________________ It was a hot summer night ... Friday, August 21, JohnB's in south Arlington Jurassic Rock was back at one of their favorite party venues Friday night, JohnB’s in south Arlington. As usual we had a great time as did all our FOJR’s new and old. It was a hot steamy summer night with a hot steamy summer crowd that stayed and rocked with us until the wee hours of Saturday morning. Those folks never get tired or want go home so we played a little overtime for the crowd Friday night. Click here to see all the picture evidence of a great time at JohnBs.
The lucky winner of the infamous Classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt drawing Friday night. He and his wife were at JohnB's celebrating the return of Jurassic Rock. As fate would have it his wife won the drawing for the equally famous Jurassic Rock cold beverage coozie.
It was a mini high school reunion of sorts as a couple of Tony's high school buddies and their wives came out to watch the band. Eddie G., on the right was and still is, one heck of a comedian. Brian T., on the left is a great entertainer in his own right. Brian often joins Jurassic Rock on stage to sing a "little" Elvis or some hot rocking country tune. Thanks for all the laughs Eddie, and thanks for singing with JR again Brian! Alright FOJRs, we're back out at Weekends Paradise Bar and Grill in Rowlett as Jurassic wraps up the summer leg of it's 2008 Jurassic Rock Metamucil Tour. See ya there!!!!!__________________________ Double Header at Weekends Paradise Bar & Grill in Rowlett Friday & Saturday, August 8 & 9 The men of Jurassic Rock cut loose at Weekends Paradise Bar & Grill in Rowlett for the first time over eighteen months. In a rare event we played a double header (Friday and Saturday) to a packed house. It was great to see so many of our FOJR (Friends of Jurassic Rock) that we had not seen in many months. Weekends did some major remodeling and they got the place looking great. A special thanks goes out to the staff of Weekends for going out of their way for us and all of our FOJRs’ old and new. Click here for pics of the party at Weekends Paradise Bar & Grill.
The winner of the infamous Classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt drawing Friday night was Judy. She was out at Weekends celebrating her birthday with a few friends.
The winner of the Classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt drawing Saturday night was long time FOJR Stacey. We had not seen Stacey and her husband for several months so it was nice to see them.
Alright FOJRs, next up on the 2008 Jurassic Rock Metamucil Tour is JohnBs in Arlington on Friday, August 22. We are expecting a large crowd at JohnBs so I recommend you call ahead to reserve a table. See ya there!!!!!
__________________________ Looking Hot at Lone Star Cafe
Friday, July 25, Dallas, Texas On a hot summer night, would you offer your heart to the girl with the pretty ____ (insert your choice of verbiage here). A little takeoff on Meat Loaf, but I digress. It was a hot summer night at Lone Star Cafe' but not as hot as the beautiful ladies who came out to see the men of Jurassic Rock. There were more beautiful woman than you could shake a stick at. So what do you get when you mix a hot summer night, lots of pretty women, Lone Star Cafe and some of the hottest tunes in north Texas played by the hottest band in north Texas? One hell of a great party. It was a pleasure to be back at one of our favorite Dallas venues, Lone Star Café’. I have to tell you, we have such a great following at Lone Star and it seems to get bigger and better every time. We appreciate everyone who came out to see us, regulars and new FOJRs (Friends of Jurassic Rock). Scott has his eyes on the prettiest girl at Lone Star Café this past Saturday. No worries though. That pretty woman is his lovely wife Molly.
Our most recent Classic Jurassic Rock t-shirt winner; did anyone get his name? This guy knows how to party. Check out the cool shades!!!!!
What do you get when you mix Aretha Franklin and Janice Joplin? One of the most soulful, gravely and mesmerizing voices I think I have ever heard. Michelle, come up and sing with us anytime. Wow, what a performance!!!
John and Scott getting down at Lone Star Cafe. There is no explanation as to what is going on here, you just had to be there to enjoy the moment. John, is that a new dance move or what? I think Scott fell for John's new tribal dance or whatever it was he was doing.
Enjoy pictures of all the pretty ladies and other photographic evidence from a wild night at Lone Star Cafe right here. That’s all for now FOJR’s old and new. We are out at Paradise Bar & Grill on August 8th and 9th. We look forward to seeing everyone there. ___________________________ Rockin' Dino's!
Friday, June 27, Fort Worth, Texas You could literally say that the
dinosaurs were rocking Friday night as Jurassic Rock invaded a local
Fort Worth legend in the making,
Dino's Bar and Grill!!
We "rocked and we rolled" and made a bunch of new FOJRs (Friends of
Jurassic Rock) and just had one heck of good time. We were
impressed to see so many of our FOJRs from around the metroplex,
including, Benbrook (thanks Anita and Mason), Mansfield and Dallas come
to Dino's.
But setting an all time FOJR record for distance traveled is Saralee Richardson who traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida!!!! She scheduled a business trip so that she could come out and see us Friday. Saralee has seen us many times and we never realized she lived so far away. BTW, Saralee won the drawing for Tony's first CD of original music. Thanks for being a great FOJR Saralee and we look forward to seeing you again.
This weeks Classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt winner is long time FOJR Tammie. Tammie has faithfully followed Jurassic Rock around the metroplex for several months. As Tammie so eloquently stated upon winning one of our infamous collector T-shirts, "It's about darn time!!!!". (Well not quite, but close enough) Thank you Tammie for being such a faithful supporter of Jurassic Rock!!!!
We extend a special thanks to Dino's for having us out Friday. They have a great venue (and awesome burgers) and we look forward to getting back there soon. Until then click here for all the evidence of a roaring good time!____________________________ It’s All In The Family
Sunday, June 1, 2008, Rockwall, TX It’s not too often that we have the opportunity to have a party for one of our own but Sunday the men of Jurassic Rock came together to celebrate the graduation of Scott Carroll’s lovely and very beautiful daughter, Nicole. Since Scott came to the band several years back, the band has had the pleasure of watching Nicole grow from a cute young girl to a beautiful mature young lady. As you can see from the pictures (click here), Nicole has quite a following of her own. Congratulations Nicole!!!! ____________________________ R&R @ Kristie's B&G
Saturday, May 24, 2008, Kristie's Bar & Grill (B&G), Dallas, TX It seems like we had just packed up from last weekend...(wait, we said that last week. But now that summer is here, we dinosaurs will be vacationing soon). We digress. Actually, we just finished playing at Kristie's B&G last night. It was our first time (playing at Kristie's), and it was a really great. Kristie's is almost right next door to Big Johnson's (which alas, is no more) -so FOJR (Friends of Jurassic Rock) had no problems finding the place. And that was a good thing too, since for the first time in a while, we were playing for the door and tips. But thanks to our loyal fans, we made out quite alright and looks like we've found a new place to rock & roll in north Dallas. The lovely Molly (Scott's better half) took some pictures of the night's activities, and they are posted here. As we mentioned earlier, we'll be taking some vacation time in June and July, so our next gig is at Dino's Sports Bar and Grill on Friday, June 27, in Fort Worth. This is our first time back in Ft. Worth in quite a few years, so we're really looking forward to this gig. So come on out and help us tear the house down on our first time there.
_________________________ Rocking the House at Lone Star Café & Club
Friday, May 16, 2008, Lone Star Cafe and Club, Dallas, TX It seems like we had just packed up
from last weekend and suddenly we’re rocking the house at our favorite
eastside Dallas watering hole, Lone Star Café and Club. I’m not sure if
we like Lone Star Cafe and Club more or the folks there like us more.
Jurassic Rock always has a great time at Lone Star thanks to all our
loyal fans that come out to support us when we play there. Last night
we played to the biggest crowd we have ever experienced at Lone Star.
Click here for pics from last night.
Lone Star Café and Club certainly has bragging rights to the greatest
food, coldest beer, hottest ladies and the the most awesome fans in
Dallas. Thank you Dee and Lisa for having us out and we always look
forward to coming back to see you guys. (check our calendar for return
dates) Thanks for being so good to Jurassic rock!! Pictured here is Richard, our latest winner of the new and improved classic Jurassic Rock T-shirts. Richard has the fortune of being presented his classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt by the beautiful duet, Alexandra and Ashley.
Lead guitar slinger Scott Carroll is shown here with one of his latest young protégés. This young man came out with his father to see JR last night.
Smokin’ Hot at Hot Rods and Hoggs
The “When Hell Freezes Over John Jurik Tour” Part II Friday, May 9, 2008, Hot Rods and Hoggs, Arlington, Texas It was a smoking hot Friday night for
Jurassic Rock as Hot Rods and Hoggs, in central Arlington, welcomed back one of
it’s favorite rock bands. Hot Rods and Hoggs made several huge improvements
since the last time we played this venue. They rebuilt the stage, lifting it up
another 12”, added laser lights and fog machines (hence the smoky reference) and
installed a new, killer, state of the art sound system. The crowd seemed to
enjoy the upgrades more than the band. It was really cool to watch the laser
lights cutting through the fog on stage. The fog machines made the night seem
surreal as we could barely see the crowd at times. I’m pretty sure that was the
fog machines and not the Patron that caused so much haze!!! With all the
improvements and Jurassic Rock playing their hearts out the crowd stayed with us
right up to closing time. We would like to thank Hot Rods and Hoggs, (Don &
Joey) for having us out again. Great job on the upgrade guys!!!! A special
thanks to Ben and Mike for working do hard to get the most out of the sound
system and us. It was a fun night for the band to say the least.
Click here to see all the evidence from Friday
night.
Pictured here is our latest classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt winner, Michelle. I think there were a record number of entries into the infamous Jurassic Rock T-shirt contest. As time goes on and these shirts become more valuable more folks are trying to win one of our collector T-shirts. We also gave away a few of our new cold drink cozies. They are sure to be on the collector’s item list so grab one while you can!!!!! We would like to extend a special thanks to all the folks from Truswal Systems in Arlington who came out to Hot Rods and Hoggs Friday night to support Jurassic Rock. You guys are so awesome!!!!!!!
Chris Lemons, our previous drummer and band comedian, came out and joined us on stage for several songs. Thanks for all the funnies Chris. It was nice seeing you back on stage dude!
We are back out at Lone Star Café and Club in north east Dallas next Friday. Be safe and have a great week. And finally blessings and Happy Mothers Day to all you wonderful mothers out there. Thanks for all you do for us. ___________________________
The Big Surprise at Lone
Star Café & Club
The “When Hell Freezes Over John Jurik Tour” begins!!!!!
Friday, March 28, 2008, Lone Star Cafe & Club Jurassic Rock was back at one of
our favorite Dallas watering holes Friday, March 28, at Lone Star Café &
Club. In one of the biggest surprises in recent memory, our very own
semi-retired keyboardist John Jurik, un-retired for one evening (and
maybe more!!!) and joined us on stage for perhaps one of our best
performances to date. John brought down the house with
We love the crowd at Lone Star. Those folks can party and dance up a storm. Thanks Dee for hosting Jurassic Rock once again. We love you and Lisa and all of your staff. And last but not least, thanks Cindy for letting John come out to play with Jurassic Rock. ; )
Our latest lucky Classic Jurassic Rock
Special Announcements Be sure to check our audio page for new demo's of the band. Mike Suell, our production and recording manager, is helping JR sound better than ever. Click here to visit our audio page.
Good Friday at Game Day
Friday, March 21, 2008, Game Day Sports Bar, Mansfield, TX I think Good Friday should be called Great Friday, not only in reference to the Great sacrifice made by our Great Redeemer, Jesus Christ, but because we are blessed to live in such a Great country, a Great state and in the Great Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Throw in a Great venue like Game Day Sports Bar and the Great audience that always awaits us there and it was another Great evening for the men of Jurassic Rock. Thanks to all our FOJR's who came out to support us!! Click here to see pictures from last nights party.
Bob McGinn is pictured here with our latest Classic Jurassic Rock T-Shirt winner Silvia Monzon. Congratulations Silvia. You are now the proud owner of one of the greatest artifacts in rock-n-roll history. Speaking of artifacts, you won’t find a living rock-n-roll band more artifact or more fun than your men of Jurassic Rock!!! Also shown here is Bob and Michelle Childress, the daughter of his good friend, Clyde.
Special FOJR Announcements Congratulations Terry and Eva who announced their engagement last night and Mason and Anita who were married this weekend. Both couples are great friends of Jurassic Rock. Congratulations and good luck!!! Jurassic Rock records a new CD
Last weekend, Jurassic Rock stepped into the studio and recorded some of our favorite songs for a new promo CD. We would like to extend our thanks to Mike Suell. We meet Mike at our Lone Star gig several weeks back. Not only is Mike an awesome guitar player (he joined us on stage for a few tunes) but he also has a great talent for recording live bands such as JR. We will be posting all the songs we recorded as we finalize and mix down each one. Please check out Already Gone on our audio page by clicking here. To see pics of us recording click here.
Steady As She Goes
Saturday, February 23, 2008, JohnBs, Arlington Its “Steady as She Goes” as Jurassic Rock continued its 2008 tour throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as we invaded one of our favorite south Arlington watering holes, JohnB’s. We were met with the usual festive crowd with lots of dancing, laughing and flashing bling. It was a lot of fun as the night passed quickly for the band and the crowd. Judging from the picture evidence it was another successful night a JohnBs. Thank you Janice and Larry for having us back again
Until our next show at Game Day, Live, Love, Laugh and smile always because Jurassic Rock loves all it's FOJRs, right Scotty!!!
Hot Times at Hot Rods & Hoggs
Friday, February 15, 2008, Hot Rods and Hoggs It was a hot time with a hot crowd at Hot Rods on a cold rainy Friday night. Although the cold wet weather kept a few from venturing out there were plenty of folks with us at Hot Rods and Hoggs to make for a hot night of song and dance. There are usually several cool motorcycles to gawk out outside, but the rain makes riding very dangerous, especially at night. But that did not prevent the rest us from having a great time. There was enough flashing “bling” on the staff, patrons and the band to light up the state of Texas as you can see from the picture evidence by clicking here. And a big welcome all our new FOJR’s who entered into our famous Classic Jurassic Rock T-shirt give-a-away.
Pictured on right is a picture of the McCoy siblings, Patrick, Diana and Tony. They met for a mini-family reunion at Hot Rods Friday night. It has been over 10 years since they were last together.
Be sure to check out the Hot Rods and Hoggs calendar for their weekend bike and car shows. There are always beautiful classic cars and awesome bikes so get on out there some Sunday afternoon. Thanks to HRH for having us out again. We will see you next Friday at JohnB’s in south Arlington!!
Good Times at Lone Star Cafe
Friday, February 1, 2008 Lone Star Cafe and Club, Dallas, Texas Whenever we play Lone Star Cafe and Club in north east Dallas we can always expect a large turnout of devoted fans and Friday night was no exception. We played to a packed house of Lone Star regulars, old friends and many, many new friends.
Also making his debut appearance with us was Andre Lindsey, soundman extraordinaire!!!! What we didn't know about Andre was his ability to lead the crowd in a rousing rendition of Mustang Sally. Andre brings a lot of exciting options to Jurassic Rock. We should have a great year as we add songs featuring Andre as the lead vocalist!
Enjoy the pictures from Lone Star Club and Cafe by clicking here. We would like to thank Dee and Lisa and all the Lone Star patrons for having us out once again. They never seem to tire of our music. Looking Beautiful at Game Day
Friday, January 25, 2008 Game Day, Mansfield, TX It was another awesome evening in Mansfield as Jurassic Rock played to a packed house at Game Day Bar and Grill. The crowd was not only loud and rowdy but it was also full of pretty women. As you can see from the picture above there was no shortage of beautiful ladies to grace our presence at Game Day. The very pretty young lady on the right is Greg’s daughter Rachael. And the very beautiful lady standing next to Rachel is Lisa, a new FOJR (Friend of Jurassic Rock). Lisa and her lucky husband and several of their friends helped us rock Mansfield once again.
And finally Josh Stewart came out to celebrate his birthday with family and friends. As you can see the single and dashing young Josh had very few candles on his birthday cake. Members of the band can barely remember those days as the number of candles on our cake would require a fire permit!
Enjoy the pictures from Game Day by clicking here. We would also like to thank the owners of Game Day who always make us feel so welcome.
Jurassic Rock rocks at JohnBs
Saturday, January 12, 2008 JohnBs and Friends Jurassic Rock starts off 2008 with a big show at JohnBs
last night picking up right where we left off in 2007 with great music and great
times. While the evening started off a bit slow the crowd and the party started
building
New Years Eve 2007
Monday, December 31 Jurassic Rock New Years Eve party Well it was an awesome night in south west Ft.
Worth as Jurassic Rock played a private New Years Eve Party for Anita
and Mason and few hundred of their close friends. It was an exceptional
evening with wonderful food, drink and friends and lots of
pictures that tell the real story! We
decided to have a bit of fun with some of the pictures by adding
captions that give you, the viewer, a better perspective of that really
happens at Jurassic Rock events. Enjoy! Thanks to everyone for a great 2007. We look
forward to making more friends and having more fun in 2008. Bob, Scott,
Greg, Tony and Larry. Game Day Gone Wild
Friday, November 30 – It was game on at Game Day in Mansfield
last night! You might say it was Game Day gone wild. The folks in
Mansfield know how to party and Game Day is a great venue for our type
of music and our type of crowd. It’s hard to say who was having a
better time, the crowd
We will back at Game Day on January 25 and we expect that all our new
Mansfield friends will be out in full force to helps us party again.
Next up is Big Johnson’s up in Plano on Dec 28th. We will look forward
to seeing all our north Dallas friends again! When Pigs Fly
Friday, November 16 – Our last gig at Gameday was a first timer
venturing far south of the Metroplex to Mansfield. This time, we played
a first timer
We’re off feasting on turkeys for Thanksgiving this weekend, then we're back for a return engagement at Gameday in Mansfield on Friday, November 30th. It's a great place to party; we'll see you there. Jurassic Rock Got Game
Friday, November 2 – It was our first time venturing out to Gameday in Mansfield, and as you can see from the lots of pictures we took, the place was absolutely packed solid with everyone having a great time. We appreciate all the FOJRs (Friends of Jurassic Rock) coming out to help us make a good impression. We must have done alright – we’re back again in a few weeks and have several more gigs lined up back at Gameday for early 2008. It was a very nice place to play, and we especially enjoyed a smoke-free environment for a change (but they do have an enclosed cigar bar for smoking for those who like to indulge). We’re off for a week, then we migrate to the north to Lewisville to play at the Old Town Flying Pig on Friday, November 16th. And yet again - another new place for the Jurassic Rockers to play, so we can use your help to party the place down. See you there. Halloween 2007
Saturday, October 27 – Hopefully you didn’t miss the
3nd Annual Jurassic Rock Halloween Bash,
definitely our best Halloween party ever. We had a full house
at John B’s, absolutely great costumes on display for the contest, and
the finest collection of Elvises ever assembled in the D/FW area. The
band made their grand entrance to the strains of the theme from 2001: A
Space Odyssey (just like the man himself) and then kicked off the
proceedings with CC Rider, and continued with other Elvis favorite
throughout the night. For all the great pics from last night
Once again, thanks to Janice and Larry, the fantastic owners of John B’s, for letting Jurassic Rock host the party. And thanks to Larry Donovan (also known as the Phantom) for tickling the ivories during the costume contest. We'll be at Game Day Bar & Grill in Mansfield next Friday,
November 2nd from 9:00 pm - 1:00 am. It’s our first time
playing here, so come on out and help us rock the house. Elvis Sighted at Local Grocery Store
Saturday, October 27 – Elvis Presley, who's alleged demise has been the subject of gossip tabloids for 30 years, was captured on camera this week at a local Dallas grocery store. Witnesses report that in preparation for his highly-anticipated concert at John B's in Arlington this Saturday evening, Elvis was seen stockpiling massive amounts of bananas, peanut butter, and bread to prepare himself for this special event, the 3rd Annual Jurassic Rock Halloween Bash. His world-renown backup band - the Jurassic Elvi, cloned from the very same genes as Elvis himself, will captivate the audience with renditions of Elvis' greatest hits. And don't forget the costume contest, with a $100 minimum first place prize. Don't miss this once in a lifetime performance and don't forget, you must be present to be there! Pre-Halloween Tune-up
Friday, October 26 – Elvis' backup band, the Jurassic Elvi, were at John B's last night doing a tune-up for their big Halloween shindig - The 3rd Annual Jurassic Rock Halloween Bash. The crowd of fans, hoping to catch a rare glimpse of Elvis, had a great time in preparation for Saturday's big event. We took lots of pictures as usual, and you can see them here. We'll see you tomorrow for the big concert. Be sure to have your costume and enter the contest for the $100+ grand prize. Upper Hand at the Upper Deck
Saturday, October 20 – The luck of the dinosaurs (and you wouldn’t think dinosaurs were especially lucky) was upon us at our outdoor gig at the Upper Deck Saturday. We didn't know what the weather would bring, but when we started it was sunny, 89 degrees out (just as a comparison point, our brother band in Stuttgart, Jurassic Rock – Germany had a nice mix of snow, ice and freezing temperatures – we love Texas). The weather was great, the crowd was great, and we had a great time playing under the stars. And the best part was that we were done by 10pm, so we actually got some sleep last night. We took lots of pictures, to check them out click here. The 3rd Annual Jurassic Rock Halloween Bash is finally upon us. This coming weekend is the main event, and we hope you’re ready (we hear some FOJRs haven’t got their costumes yet – shame on them). As we said so many times before, Friday the 26th is the warm-up, and Saturday the 27th is costume party, complete with plenty of prizes. The band will dressed in their finest Elvis costumes, and croon a few Elvis hits as well. See you there. Shining at the Lonestar
Friday, October 5 – We were back on the east side of Dallas this weekend at Lonestar Cafe & Club. We had a house full of FOJRs, and had a great time helping Lori celebrate her birthday at Lonestar. Rick, our sound man extraordinaire, once again had camera duty, and took some great pictures of the action. Click here for the pix. In two weeks were at the Upper Deck in Euless on Saturday, October 20th from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. It's our first time here, so come on out and celebrate with us. It's an outdoors gig too, so we'll have to keep an eye on that Texas weather. And then it's finally time for the 3rd Annual Jurassic Rock Halloween Bash on October 26 & 27. Friday the 26th is the warm-up, and Saturday the 27th is the main event. See you there in costume. Hogg Warts and All...
New - We've added some videos from HR&H to our Video/Audio page. Check back in a few days and we'll hopefully have more to watch. Friday, June 29 – Thought I'd throw in a reference to Harry Potter (Hogwarts) after all with a book and movie coming out soon. Despite all the record rain we've been getting lately, a great night and great crowd at Hot Rods & Hoggs, our favorite motorcycle hangout. Special thanks to the talented Nikki McKibbin, our local celebrity extraordinaire. For those bikers who don't know who Nikki is (and of course they all do since she waitresses at HR&H while she's working on her next CD), Nikki is a local girl done good by coming in 3rd place on the first American Idol. Nikki took a few minutes off to come on stage and help us on a few songs with her great voice. Nikki's web site is www.nikkimckibbin.com. Check it out and be sure to support her. Pictures of all the night's festivities are located here. Our next gig is at Big Johnson's in North Dallas.
we haven't been there in forever, so they've probably forgotten how good
we are. Or so we lead ourselves to believe. But come on out and party
with the Rockers - we always appreciate good company. Jurassic Rock (USA) & Jurassic Rock (Germany) - Together Again
New - Check out video of Hans tearing up the keyboard at John B's on our Video/Audio page. Note: had a few complaints that the videos don't download. We changes the link a bit, so please try again if you had a problem. Thanks.
Saturday, May 26 – In a historic international event, Hans Georg
Lutz – keyboard player extraordinaire for Jurassic Rock – Germany, flew
deep into the heart of Texas and sat in with Jurassic Rock – USA at John
B’s Saturday
We also had a few other special guests on stage with us Saturday – the inimitable Mr. Chris Lemons (ex-drummer for JR) sang a few songs and raised hell, and long-time FOJR (Friend of Jurassic Rock) Jody Page came on stage to do some fine guitar, harmonica and backup vocals. Of course we took lots of pictures, and as you might suspect, they are located here. It’s back at John B’s in three weeks on Saturday, June 16th, and then we’ll be rocking at Hot Rods & Hoggs in Arlington on Friday 29 June. It’s not like we’re trying to avoid the east side of Dallas or anything, but we’ll be back that way in July. On the Edge of a New Age
A little known fact about Jurassic Rock's Tony McCoy is that his favorite music genre is New Age. He recently created his own web site, www.newalchemymusic.com, to provide a venue for songs he has written and performed. Inspired by New Age and Celtic musicians such as Yanni, Chris Spheeris, Diane Arkenstone, Secret Garden, Enya and Enaid, he has created music that is relaxing and reflective. Check out the window below to hear a sample or purchase some of Tony's songs.
